Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:

Schilling Supply Company is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Madison, WI market. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can work independently or within a small team settings. The Sales Support Representative will report directly to the Division Sales Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales team within assigned territories. Working closely with Madison area Account Managers as a Sales Support Specialist you must be able to multi-task, coordinate with Division Sales Manager as needed, and meet necessary deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
·Assist Field Sales with customer requests and appointments.
·Assist the Division Sales Manager with prospecting opportunities.
·Communication of order information with suppliers and internal departments.
·Data/Order Entry.
·Distribute marketing information to Field Sales and customers.
·Onboarding customers to web ordering portal
·Participate in on-site sales meetings.
·Quoting.
·Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.
·Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers within assigned territories.
·Promptly responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications Include:

·Associates Degree (Recommended).
·1-2 Years of experience in related field (Preferred).
·Proficient in computer work; Typing, email, internet navigation, etc.
·Experience with Microsoft Office (Proficient with Excel).
·Great attention to detail.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·Positive attitude with an exceptional work ethic.
